Andrew has well-developed technical and operational skills from 20 years in technical operational, consulting, and advisory roles in the mining and exploration industry across multiple continents including Australia, Africa, and Europe.
He has led large teams from exploration through to feasibility including the Mantra Resources Mkuju Project in Tanzania prior to takeover by ARMZ/Uranium One for AUD1.02 billion.
Andrew has a BSc with honours from the University of New England in Australia, a Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists and the Society of Economic Geologists.
Mr. Smith is an accomplished economic geologist with over 14 years of exploration and mining experience.
Andrew has proven discovery success in both greenfield and near-mine gold exploration.
He has well-developed skills in both technical and management roles for exploration and development projects across West Africa and Canada. More recently this has included roles as Director of Exploration Geology for Coeur Mining, Chief Geologist for Awalé Resources, and Exploration Manager for Randgold Resources in Senegal.
Andrew has an Honours Degree in Geology and Petroleum Geology from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland, is a Fellow of the Geological Society of London, and member of the Society of Exploration Geologists.
Karl is an Ivorian National and resides in Abidjan, he was a co-founder of Awalé Resources and has been involved with the company in an advisory role since listing.
Karl was an investment banker with BMO Capital Markets in London and holds MSc Chemical Engineering from University of Manchester and MSc in Metals and Energy Finance from the Royal School of Mines (Imperial College London).
Mr. Keshishian brings over 15 years of progressive experience in corporate development, investor relations, finance, and capital markets, specializing in the mining sector.
Most recently, Ardem served as VP of Corporate Development and Investor Relations at Moneta Gold, a Canadian gold developer with assets in the Timmins Gold Camp, Ontario, until its merger with Nighthawk Gold.
Prior to Moneta Gold, he held roles at Royal Road Minerals, Pollitt & Co., Haywood Securities, and Van Berkom & Associates.
He is a CFA® charter holder and holds a Bachelor of Science from Concordia University and a Master of Business Administration from the John Molson School of Business.
Ms. Cooper is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in accounting and auditing roles for mining and mining-related companies.
Sharon began her career as an auditor at Ernst & Young, working on both internal and external audits, and gaining experience on larger audits for major mining companies as well as junior explorers and mining-related companies.
Since leaving Ernst & Young, she has held senior accounting and financial reporting roles for several junior exploration companies and a mining services company.

Mr. Stewart has more than 20 years of financial experience as a director and senior officer with Canadian public companies, including as the CEO and director of Orecap (TSXV:OCI) and QC Copper & Gold Inc. (TSXV:QCCU), and the chair of Mistango River Resources (CSE:MIS) and Baselode Energy Corp. (TSXV:FIND).
Mr. Stewart is the founder of the Ore Group, an organization focused on natural resource discovery and development, and founder and chairman of the Young Mining Professionals Scholarship Fund, the largest mining-focused charitable organization and fund which supports mining engineering and geology education in Canada.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario, a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and a Master of Science degree from the University of Florida.
Mr. Beaudry is a P. Geo with over 30 years experience in project generation, business development, exploration chemistry and hands-on project management.
Charles previously held the position of General Manager of new business opportunities with IAMGOLD Corporation from 2008 until 2009, after having spent nearly 17 years in various capacities for Noranda-Falconbridge-Xstrata, including as country manager of Brazil from 1996 to 2001 and manager of the Frieda River Project from 2005to 2006.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Geology from McGill University.
Mr. Moreau is the CEO and Director of American Eagle Gold. He is also a Director of QC Copper & Gold and Orefinders Resources, both TSXV listed companies.
Anthony previously worked with IAMGOLD comprising different roles within the organization, most recently Business Development and Innovation.
He gained valuable experience working in a continuous improvement function at the Rosebel Gold Mine in Suriname. Tony has spearheaded many industry initiatives, one of them being an international co-op peer benchmarking program owned and run by the participating mining companies. He leads the Young Mining Professionals Toronto Chapter and is the Co-Chair of the YMP Scholarship Fund. A graduate of the Queen’s School of Business, Anthony is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
