VANCOUVER, April 28, 2020 /CNW/ - Awalé Resources Limited ("Awalé" or the "Company") (TSXV: ARIC) is pleased to announce auger drilling supports the original gold in soil anomalism along the 2km southeast extension of the Empire gold discovery (see releases dated 19thNov. 2019, 23rdDec. 2019, and 29thJan 2020). The Empire prospects is located within the Odienné project in northwestern Cote d'Ivoire.
Awalé Resources Limited has temporarily scaled back drilling and field operations in Côte d'Ivoire due to COVID-19. The company has implemented safety protocols, and employees are contributing to cost reduction efforts. Soil samples from gold targets are pending, with plans to resume operations when conditions normalize. Project sites remain secure and monitored.

VANCOUVER, Jan. 29, 2020 /CNW/ - Awalé Resources Limited ("Awalé" or the "Company") (TSXV: ARIC) is pleased to report further gold intercepts from the high grade gold discovery at the Empire Prospect. These new results both extend the mineralized envelope along strike and down dip as well as confirm the internal continuity of mineralization at Empire.
VANCOUVER, Dec. 23 2019 /CNW/ - Awalé Resources Limited ("Awalé" or the "Company") (TSXV: ARIC) is pleased to report from the Odienné Project (Figure 1) that ongoing drilling at the Empire prospect successfully continues to extend gold mineralization reported in discovery holes OEDD0001 and OEDD002 (see Company News Release dated November 19, 2019). Assays for a further 7 holes (OEDD0003-0007 and OEDD0009-00010; Figure 2) have now been received, with results extending gold mineralization to at least 120m vertical depth along the discovery section and an initial 100m along strike on line 2a. Gold mineralization in the holes being reported is hosted within the same diorite unit with brittle/ductile deformation as observed in the discovery holes.
VANCOUVER, Dec. 13, 2019 /CNW/ - Awalé Resources Limited. (ARIC-TSX.V) (the "Company" or "Awalé") is pleased to announce that it has closed its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") of 11,294,445 Units at a price of $0.18 cents per Unit, raising gross proceeds of $2,033,000. Each Unit consist of one common share of the Company and one-half share purchase warrant, each whole warrant entitling the holder to acquire one additional common share at a price of $0.32 cents until expiry on December 12, 2021.  The Warrants are further subject to accelerated expiry terms as previously announced.
