Each Unit shall consist of one common share in the capital of the Company (a " Common Share ") and one-half of one Common Share purchase warrant (each whole warrant, a " Warrant "). Each Warrant will be exercisable to acquire one Common Share (a " Warrant Share ") for a period of 36 months following the closing of the Offering at a price of $0.25 per Warrant Share.

Awalé Resources Limited is finalizing a CAD$2 million financing for its acquisition of Colossal Gold Resources, with completion expected by January 31, 2023. The company also completed initial scout drilling at its Odienné JV project in Côte D'Ivoire, with results anticipated by late January and February 2023, respectively.
